Shaykh-e-Tariqat, Ameer-e-Ahle Sunnat, Founder of Dawat-e-Islami, Hazrat Allama Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi Ziyae دَامَت بَرَکاتُہُمُ الْعَالِیَہ is a prominent Islamic scholar and a spiritual guide of thousands of Muslims.
